BAKED CELERY 
4 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Slice celery. Cook in butter with chopped onion. Simmer for 20 minutes covered. Drain.

Mix soup and milk with celery and onion. Put in casserole.

Mix melted butter with Ritz crackers and spread on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
