SPINACH ROLLS 
2 pkgs. chopped, frozen spinach, drained only
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
6 green onions
1 (4 oz.) pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing (powdered)
1 jar real bacon bits
1-2 tbsp. parsley
1 dozen tortillas (white or wheat)

Mix all above ingredients; spread heavily on flour tortilla and roll. Chill several hours until set. Slice rolls into bite-size portions to serve.
