MACARONI WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. spaghetti twists
2 tart red apples, cored and diced
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. light or heavy cream
1 c. dairy sour cream
1-2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Lettuce

Cook and drain spaghetti according to package directions. Combine in large mixing bowl with next 5 ingredients. Mix light cream with sour cream until smooth. Add sugar and salt. Fold into spaghetti/fruit mixture. Chill and serve on lettuce.
