MAHOGANY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. honey
2 1/2 lb. boned chicken thighs (or any parts you like)
1/4 c. ground pecans
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
Vegetable oil

1. Stir milk and honey together and marinate chicken for 1/2 hour in mixture.

2. Combine flour, nuts, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
