FISH STICKS 
2 cans tuna
1 egg
1/2 pkg. saltines, crumbled
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
3-4 potatoes, boiled & mashed

Combine all ingredients. Form into patties or sticks, adding saltine crumbs as needed. Roll in crumbs and fry in hot oil until crisp and lightly browned.
