1 lb. chocolate almond bark
1 sm. jar Jiffy creamy peanut butter
1 sm. box Ritz crackers

Spread peanut butter between Ritz crackers to make a sandwich. Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip cracker sandwich cookies into melted chocolate; shake off excess chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.

For a quick snack, you can use mini-Ritz peanut butter crackers.
