MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. melted butter Bake at 325 degrees (9 x 13 inch pan) for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add miniature marshmallows (enough to cover top) and return to oven under broiler until brown. Let cool and frost. FROSTING: 1 box confectioners' sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 stick butter (oleo) 1 tsp. vanilla Enough milk to make it spread easily |
