RUDY'S FARM HOLIDAY DRESSING 
1 lb. Rudy's Farm sausage (sage, mild or hot)
2 1/2 cups cornbread stuffing, or crumbled cornbread
2 1/2 cups herb seasoning stuffing or bread crumbs (8 oz. bag)
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans chicken or turkey broth
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Brown sausage, drain. Cook onion, celery in butter until tender.

Mix stuffing, poultry seasoning, salt, black pepper. Stir in broth, celery, onion, butter and sausage. Mix well. Stuff 14 to 20 pound turkey lightly. Do not over stuff.

Note: Dressing may be baked separately for 30 minutes at 350°F.
