SANDWICH SPREAD | |
2 carrots 1 med. onion 1 c. celery 1 med. bell pepper 1 med. cucumber Chop fine, grate, or put in food processor. 1 tomato 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt (start with 1/2 tsp.) Save 1/4 cup juice from vegetables to dissolve gelatin until hard, then add 1/4 cup boiling water (or boil 1/4 cup juice if there is any left from vegetables). Stir all together. |
