CHEESE POTATO SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. plain flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. onions

Saute onions in butter, add chopped potatoes, chicken broth and cook until potatoes are soft. Add flour and mustard, then milk and cheese. Mix the flour and mustard in a little part of the milk before mixing it in.
