SNOW CREAM 
3 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs

Stir all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Heat thoroughly on medium, stirring occasionally for approximately 5 minutes, but do not scald. Remove from heat and cool. This keeps well in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Scoop up your fresh, clean snow into a bowl and add the cream mixture to the desired consistency.

Ready to eat! Yum!
