BRAN GRAHAM MUFFINS 
1 c. all bran cereal
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins, coarsely cut
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Measure all dry ingredients into bowl. Mix in raisins. In another bowl beat egg until frothy. Add oil, molasses, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat to mix.

Pour over dry ingredients; stir just enough to moisten. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
