BEST OF BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. All Bran
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. molasses
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
4 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water over cereal, oil and raisins; set aside. Combine eggs, buttermilk and molasses and add to cereal mixture. In another bowl mix flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add to cereal mixture. Cover the batter with plastic wrap and let stand about an hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
