PESTO SAUCE 
4 c. fresh basil leaves
1 c. Italian parsley sprigs
1/2 c. pimento nuts
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. olive oil

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend or process until ingredients have formed a smooth paste. Stir down, if necessary, with rubber spatula.
