CHICKEN NORMANDY 
1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1 c. water
1 stick melted butter

Mix together lightly and put 1/2 in buttered 8 x 12 inch baking dish. 1/4 c. chopped green onions & tops 1/2 c. chopped onions (plus above onions) 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4-1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix thoroughly. Put on top of bread mixture. Top with remaining stuffing. Beat 2 eggs with 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour evenly over mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking. Spread 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Return to oven 10 minutes more.
