SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onions
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 milk

Shape into balls. Brown in 1/4 cup of hot fat. Remove meat and stir into fat 1/4 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Stir in 2 cups boiling water and 3/4 cup of sour cream. Return meat to gravy and cook 15-20 minutes.
