CHOCOLATE FUDGE TORTE 
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Brandy to taste (optional)
1 c. heavy cream
1 chocolate cookie pie crust

Blend first 5 ingredients in blender to break up chips. Heat the cream just to boiling point. Add to blender and blend well. Pour into chocolate cookie pie crust. Chill 3 hours before serving.
