CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY PUDDING 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
2 c. raw cranberries

BUTTER SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk

Mix first 6 ingredients together and add berries. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Butter Sauce.

Butter Sauce: Mix ingredients together and cook in double boiler for 5 minutes.
