MINI CHEESECAKES 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can Wilderness topping or filling (any flavor), chilled

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press equal portion into 24 paper muffin cups (vanilla wafers can be substituted for this mixture).

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Spoon equal amounts of mixture (3 tablespoons) into prepared cups. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees or until set. Chill. Top with filling. Chill and keep refrigerated. Makes 2 dozen.
