FRUITED YOGURT 
32 oz. container plain lowfat yogurt
4-5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 or 2 tsp. pure vanilla
1/4 c. raisins, soaked in warm water and drained

Gently combine peaches with yogurt, after stirring in vanilla. Refrigerate. You can also use bananas, strawberries, blueberries or any fresh fruit. You can also use almond flavoring, honey, or maple syrup instead of the vanilla, if you prefer.

This version is delicious and much healthier than commercial fruited yogurts!
