BARBECUED BEEF | |
2 lb. cubed beef 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. salt 5 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. molasses 1/4 c. catsup 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 drop Hickory sauce Cook beef, water, and salt in a pressure cooker for 30-35 minutes. Cool, then add remaining ingredients. Thicken slightly and serve on buns. If you don't have a pressure cooker, put in a crock pot on low all day. |
