BBQ BEEF 
Boneless brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 bottle BBQ sauce

Trim excess fat from brisket. Marinate brisket in liquid smoke overnight. When ready to bake, salt and pepper and bake covered at 275 degrees for 4 hours. Pour over BBQ sauce (any kind) for the 5th hour of baking at 300 degrees. Let stand for a while before attempting to cut or pull apart.
