BASIC QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced cooked ham
1/2 cup cooked, drained, chopped broccoli
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Ground nutmeg

Beat eggs until foamy, add soup and milk, mixing well. Sprinkle cheese, meat, and vegetable evenly over the pie crust (use the deep dish, 9 inch frozen). Pour liquid mixture over all and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake in a pre-heated 350°F oven for 50 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
