MANDEL BREAD 
Kosher for Passover but delicious with any meal, all year round.

1/2 c. regular oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
12 oz. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. cinnamon
A pinch of salt and a handful (or more) or chopped walnuts

Blend oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Sift in flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix well. Divide the dough into 3 loaves. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool and cut into thick slices. Makes approximately 24 slices.

This is not Kosher for Passover due to the flour. Replace flour with fine matzo meal.
