VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lb. broccoli sprigs
1 green pepper, sliced
2 stalks chopped celery
1/2 head cauliflower
2 c. carrots, THINLY sliced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tomatoes, sliced and quartered
1 cucumber, sliced

Stir together and line up various dressings. I use HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch, creamy Italian, creamy cucumber, etc.
