PINEAPPLE BANANA SALAD 
1-15 oz. can chunk pineapple-heavy syrup
4 bananas
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg

Drain juice from pineapple, pour into sauce pan. Add sugar, flour and egg. Whisk together. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Set aside to cool.

Place pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, marshmallows and pecans in bowl. Pour cooled pineapple sauce over them. Chill.
