9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions, include tops 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. milk 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Dash white pepper Paprika Sprinkle ham and green onion over bottom of pastry shell. Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually stir cream cheese mixture into eggs. Add salt, pepper and mustard, mixing well. Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake for 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cut into wedges. Serve warm. |
