PEACH CRUNCH 
2 lg. cans peaches (and juice) or your favorite fruit
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans) if desired
1 tsp. vanilla flavor (plus)
1 tsp. another flavor (if desired)
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn starch
1 box white or yellow cake mix

In separate bowl combine cake mix, melted butter and nuts. Reserve.

Pour all canned fruit and juices in 3 inch deep 13 x 9 inch pan. Add (by sprinkling) spices and flavorings, plus corn starch. Mix with spoon gently.

Crumble cake mixture over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
