HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. plus 1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. hot water

Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa in greased 8 inch baking dish. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup of cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on water. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until is firm. Dust with powdered sugar.
