CINNAMON SQUARES
4 whole eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. orange juice
1 stick butter
1 can condensed milk
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

Boil condensed milk can in double pan for 10 minutes; put aside. Mix confectioners sugar and cinnamon and put aside. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Melt butter and add to the egg mixture alternately with the flour. Add orange juice and lemon extract. Add egg whites to the mix and beat until the mixture is smooth.

Prepare a jelly roll pan with waxed paper. Pour the mix and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As soon as it is baked, turn cake. Take off the waxed paper and divide in two equal halves. Pour condensed milk over cake. Put both halves together. (Condensed milk will be in the middle.) Wait until cool. Cut into little squares. Powder completely with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
