COCONUT MOUNDS BALLS | |
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 pkg. (14 oz.) coconut 1 c. butter, softened 3 pkgs. (6 oz. each) milk chocolate chips 1/2 block paraffin wax Mix sugar, condensed milk, nuts, coconut and butter. Mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Chill for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler. Using a toothpick, dip each ball into chocolate mixture. Cool on waxed paper. Spoon chocolate into holes left by toothpicks. |
