FOOL PROOF HOLLANDAISE | |
1 egg yolk 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. cream (light or heavy) Juice of 1/2 lemon Combine first 3 ingredients. You may do this ahead of time and store in refrigerator. When ready to cook, place in saucepan and add the lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring. It will be ready within the minute. |
