CHOCOLATE BEET BREAD 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. beets (canned put through food grinder)
2 oz. melted chocolate
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar, add oil, beets and chocolate. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Bake in 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
