PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6-8 pork chops
1 can string beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 potatoes, sliced and boiled
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 onion

Fry pork chops in flour batter and cooking oil. Remove from heat and drain excess grease on paper towels. Layer onions, pork chops, beans, potatoes, cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
