PASTA PIZZAIOLA 
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 c. garlic, chopped
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper, ground
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
8 lg. plum tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. short pasta, cooked al dente

Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add garlic and brown. Then add all seasonings, cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, cook 1 minute. Toss with cooked pasta and serve.
