PAULA'S PECAN PIE 
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. light corn syrup
Dash of salt
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. broken pecan pieces
1 recipe plain pastry for 9" pie pan

Cream sugar and butter with a wooden spoon. Add syrup, salt and beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; add pecans. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
