CHICKEN & STUFFING CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 sticks melted butter
2 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked, cut up chicken (1 whole chicken or 5 breasts)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix 1 1/2 package stuffing mix, butter, chicken broth, chicken, onion, celery, Miracle Whip and salt. Spread in a buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bet 2 eggs and mix with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Pour over top of mixture and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Take out and let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Spread on 1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Remove and sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven until cheese melts (10 minutes).
