COCONUT CREAM CAKE 
white cake mix, use just the powder
sm. bx. instant vanilla pudding, not sugar free
3 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Med. cool whip

Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

Bake in oven at 350°F for 35 minutes. While the cake is still hot, use a fork and poke holes all over the cake.

Coconut Mix:

1 can Coco Lopez coconut
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Mix and microwave only for about 30 to 45 seconds, just so it mixes well. Pour over cake while still hot. Put aluminum foil over pan and put in the refrigerator overnight. Spread cool whip over the cake.

I hate coconuts, but I love this cake. You can not taste the coconut.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
