SHRIMP COCKTAIL 
4 c. water
16 lg. shrimp, remove shell, cut back and remove vein
5 oz. ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. red hot cayenne pepper sauce
1 oz. Chablis wine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Use 2 quart pot, pour in water and bring to boil. Add shrimp and simmer and simmer for 5 minutes at medium heat. Drain and set aside. In small or medium size bowl, pour in ketchup then add remaining ingredients except lemon slices. Mix well. Use 4 low stem glasses. Stick toothpick through shrimp and hand from the side of each glass. Pour equal amounts of sauce mixture into each glass. Add one fresh lemon wedge. Serve chilled. Makes 4 servings.
