RHUBARB PIE & CRUST | |
CRUST: 1 c. flour 1/3 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. shortening 1/4 c. water PIE FILLING: 3 c. rhubarb 1 egg 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar Mix above ingredients and then blend in the juice of 1 orange (a heaping tablespoon of frozen orange juice can likely be substituted). |
