BEAUMONT INN CORN PUDDING 
2 c. white whole kernel corn, preferably fresh, can use canned
4 eggs
8 tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
4 rounded tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt

Stir the flour, salt, sugar, and butter into corn. Beat eggs well. Then stir into corn. Cook din deep Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees from 40 to 45 minutes.

Stir with long prong kitchen fork from 3 to 4 times while cooking, disturbing the top as little as possible.
