SALSA 
22 oz. cooked whole tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 cucumber
2 jalapeno peppers
1 sm. can diced green chilies
2 bunches green onions
1 green pepper
Fresh cilantro

Dice, or chop in food processor, tomatoes, garlic, cucumber, green pepper and cilantro. Mix in bowl. Add can of green chilies. Add diced jalapeno peppers. Brown in pan a few minutes to cook to reduce natural oil. Peppers won't be as hot. Slice green onions and add to mixture. Can be eaten right away, but it is better chilled. Serve with tortilla chips. Salsa is hot!
