BAKED BRIE 
3/4 c. pine nuts (pignolas)
1 sm. wheel brie cheese
Favorite wafers or crackers

Toast pine nuts in small frying pan until light brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Place cheese on oven-proof plate and put in 375 degree oven for 5 minutes. Top with nuts and serve with crackers.
