BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. strong black coffee
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk (or skim milk)

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, powder and salt in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, coffee, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or two 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Frost with your favorite vanilla frosting.
