HOLIDAY YAM BAKE 
1 (40 oz.) can yams, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. chopped pecans (optional)
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Drain yams. Mash well. Drain pineapple. Reserve juice. Add juice to yams, sugar, butter. Beat well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Spoon mixture into greased dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 10 minutes longer.
