CHICKEN - RONI CASSEROLE 
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
4 oz. sharp shredded American cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped canned pimento
1/2 tsp. mustard

Cook macaroni. Combine remaining ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole, add macaroni and mix well. Combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
