ORANGE PINEAPPLE SHERBET MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. pineapple sherbet
1 pkg. whipped topping mix or 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and blend in the sherbet with mixer. Prepare topping according to directions or whip cream. Fold in the gelatin mix along with the drained oranges.

Turn into a mold and chill until firm. Unmold and garnish with additional oranges.
