BANANA WALNUT BREAD 
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. banana, mashed
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. white bread flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts, toasted*
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. dry yeast

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.

Makes one 1 1/2-pound loaf.

*To toast walnuts, place in a shallow baking pan.

Bake at 350°FF (175°FC) for 15 to 20 minutes or until walnuts are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool.
