CARROT NUT CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 2 c. grated carrots 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yield 12 servings. |
