1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. nuts
1 c. oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. M&M'S®

Stir brownie ingredients until it looks like runny fudge. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Stir together topping ingredients together and put on top of brownie mix. Bake 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Watch carefully they won't look done, but toothpick will come out clean.
